Remembering that forgiveness is for you and not the other person, consider embracing the option of forgiveness, even if for just today.

If you agree, then think of someone who may have hurt you and who you would consider forgiving if that person was to seek your forgiveness.

Consider the possibility that this person may not have intended to hurt you and just didn’t know better. Also see yourself as a spiritual being choosing to live life by your values.

With this awareness, live your day assuming you have forgiven this person. Commit only for one day. Renew this commitment the next day if it makes sense.
