Write down the name of one person who has supported you the most in the previous few years. This person could be a close loved one, friend, sibling, colleague, or someone else. Also note specifically how he or she supported you.

At least once every day for this week, make an effort to remember the support and love you received from this person.

Let his or her love and support drown out any thoughts of self-doubt, low self-worth, or hurts.
